Return & Refund Policy

At Eauxskin, we take pride in the quality of our products and want you to have a great experience with every order.

Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, we only accept returns or replacements for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.


Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return or replacement:

  • The item must be damaged, defective, or incorrect upon arrival

  • You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order

  • You must provide clear photo evidence of the issue


Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Incorrect shipping address provided at checkout

  • Minor variations in color or packaging


How to Request a Return or Replacement

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at Shop@eauxskin.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos showing the problem

Once reviewed, we will notify you of approval.


Resolution

If your claim is approved, we will:

  • Send a replacement item at no additional cost, or

  • Issue a refund (if a replacement is not available)


Shipping Issues

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers. However, if your order is lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will assist you.
