Delays may occur due to factors outside our control, including but not limited to carrier delays, customs processing, weather conditions, or high demand periods. Eauxskin is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers or for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once marked as delivered. Customers assume responsibility for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. We are not liable for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, failure to claim the package, or refusal of delivery, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping charges to have the order re-shipped.All orders placed with Eauxskin are processed on a made-to-order basis. In the event that your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence. Eligible claims will be reviewed in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy. International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country.
